This was my mom bday and she enjoyed her self that’s what matters the most staff was wonderful

Pros: The staff was nice the hotel was clean quiet and relaxing the hrs for the pool I love because it gave me and my family time in with out a lot of kids or people

Cons: The water is $5 over priced no microwave in rooms the hot tub jets doesn’t make bubble it’s like the pressure is off but still want say I would come back

Pros: They promptly handled a room situation by offering an upgrade for our stay. It was an amazing experience for my daughters first out of town concert event.

Pros: We loved the patio! It would have been better with at least a firepit or a warmer.

Cons: The hot tub needed better jets and the pool was too cold.

Pros: Very clean, smelled good. Room was super clean so was the bathroom.

Relaxing stay; would book again if in area.

Pros: Enjoyed morning coffee on balcony. Bed was very comfortable. Room was clean. Staff pleasant. Quiet location within 10 miles of downtown Cleveland. AC/DC concert amazing at Huntington Bank Field. Rock and Roll Hall of Fame interesting. Also enjoyed walk on Pier, while downtown.

Cons: No complimentary breakfast. By 9:45am-no option to buy breakfast-Bistro onsite closed. No shuttle available to and from downtown Cleveland.

Great Hotel overall, just be ready to be surrounded by kids because of the pool …lol

Pros: Smelled fresh , very clean and quiet despite all the kids because of pool

Cons: The breakfast option could’ve been better , bistro was to high for the portions they were saling ..wish it was late adult hours only til midnight for pool and jacuzzi
