Holiday Inn Cleveland - South Independence by IHG

My saying is that I am here for a good time not a long time and this facility allowed me to live up to that motto.

Pros: It was conveniently located and directly off the highway.

Cons: Nothing.

Pros: People at the desk were very nice. The room was nice, comfortable and clean

Cons: I wish the treadmills in the gym were updated. They were very wobbly and hard to run on. I also wish the room had more outlets it was difficult to find places to plug things in especially near the bed

Pros: There is a restaurant and bar/dance club right in the hotel. It was down the street from top golf and other activities.

Good place, Nice and Clean

Pros: The location was great, easy on and off the freeway, 20 minutes from downtown where everything was located. Lots of restaurants on this street. There is a restaurant inside of the Holiday Inn called Michael Grill, They served breakfast buffet, if you book breakfast make sure the receptionist give you a breakfast coupon, for the days of your stay, I didn't know this and I got charged on my first day, the second day the hostess at the restaurant told me. So I went to the desk and told them and I got the coupons, Also the hostess went over and beyond and talk to the receptionist to help clear my fee. The staff is very helpful. There is a bar and music and food at the facility, This place is very clean. My room had a small fridge, a microwave, and a keurig cofee maker, room comes with coffee pods, sugar and creamer packages, and the housekeeper will refill if you ask them to.

Cons: On the weekday breakfast should be served longer than 10AM, I don't have any complaints, and I stayed 4 days

Pros: I was able to book last minute. Front desk helpful late at night. Room was clean and beds comfortable.

Cons: Bar crowd a little crazy.

Pros: Very Clean!!! Several nice restaurants within walking distance!!! We loved the Bonefish Grill & the Bourbon Salmon was absolutely amazing!!! A little pricey, but was worth it! Do yourself a favor & try the warm Brownie with nuts & Vanilla ice cream for dessert!!!

Cons: Everyone was Awesome!!!

Pros: They were nice to my mom and made sure she has great accommodations. She walks with a cane.

Nice stay just uncomfortable bed

Pros: The pool was open and indoors and the halls weren’t super cold on the way back too room

Cons: The bed was hard as a brick we woke up before the check out time to go home and get in bed

We drive over 6 hours and had a great welcome and stay.

Pros: The people at the front desk were so friendly and welcoming.

Pros: We LOVED LOVED LOVED nightclub Impulse. Fun place and danced alot! Please keep this lounge! Holiday Inn got rid of the wonderful hotel Holiday Inn in Perrysburg, Ohio with the J. Patrick lounge. We were ultimately disappointed at the closure of the lounge and the most beautiful hotel I ever stayed at. We live in Michigan and no hotels here have a lounge so we were excited to be at the Cleveland Holiday Inn Express. What a great experience! We will be back over and over especially if you keep the Impulse Lounge!

Cons: Not enough wall outlets near the bed. The bed covered the one we needed for the CPap machine. We literally had to pull the bed out to get to it. 😕
