A gem of a hotel

Convenient - just needs to fix alarms

Pros: Convenient location. Functional and useful amenities in room, which was perfectly clean. Simple breakfast but gets the job done.

Cons: This was a stop during a family road trip. Smoke (?) alarm went off at 3 in the morning and then at 9 again during our 1-night stay, with no explanation from staff. Unable to get a lot of sleep despite comfortable rooms.

Short but great stay

Pros: A short but great stay at this place. It was clean and the beds were comfortable which was necessary after our long drive. The breakfast was very good with lots of choices. We booked this place twice during our journey to and back on the same route. The staff is very friendly.

Cons: Nothing to not like. Everything was to our liking.

Pros: The complimentary breakfast was perfect. It was nice to be able to eat a full breakfast before going back on the road in the morning

Pros: The hotel location is great and central to every spot that my family and I visited. Stephanie and Debbie at the front desk were super helpful and friendly ,Stephanie especially made us feel welcome from the minute we stepped into the premises. The cleaners were always bringing in fresh towels and were always coming around to clean and refresh the room...Kudos to them! Overall, our experience was nice ,this would be the 1st hotel in a very long while that ticked most of the boxes for our needs and stay. I 100000% recommend this place and of course we got value for the money spent!

Cons: In terms of the breakfast, I wasn't so into it, but my kids loved it, so that should count for something. Yet to get a copy of my receipt, though, as I like to always keep this for my records.

Lovely - very comfortable, clean and well equipped

Pros: Clean, well equipped bedrooms with a laundry on-site which is very handy. Very comfortable bed and nice powerful shower.

Cons: Breakfast foods weren’t always the freshest (bagels, fruit etc.) but there were plenty other options too.

Spacious and clean. Worth the money!

Pros: The room was spacious, neat, and clean. Breakfast has good varieties every day. The gym and swimming pool are nicely maintained.

Cons: The shower speed was slow, and didn't have a hand shower. Other than this, nothing to complain about.
