Homewood Suites by Hilton Pittsburgh Airport/Robinson Mall Area

Pros: I would like to make special mention of the gentleman at the front desk who registered us and gave us helpful information upon our arrival. Excellent customer service. Also to the people putting out the breakfast very professional and courteous. We love coming to Homewood Suites.

Cons: No dislikes.

Excellent stay

Pros: Everything was great. We had a room with a kitchen setup furnished with Everything you needed. Didn't have to take and or buy anything. Room was very spacious and clean. Room had a doorbell and with an option to turn it off if you wanted. Bed was a king. Nice and big and very comfortable. Plenty of pillows and warm blankets. Closet had extra pillow and blanket in it for the pull out couch. Closet was very spacious with the french type doors. Heating and cooling system that was easy to operate. Breakfast was good. Waffles, biscuits and gravy, fluffy eggs, peppery potatoes, cereal, taco type thing, cheese cakes of some sort, different breads to toast, hot oatmeal ready to eat and some kind of thing with hamburger with beans I guess. The breakfast stuff keeps things stocked, filled and cleaned up. Over all great experience and will be staying again. We probably finally found a hotel that we both like. Very easy check in and checkout. Staff is so wonderful they are very friendly.

Cons: Toilet low and not much of a sink counter top for us women that likes to have their things organized on top of the counter top. Need more chooses for the breakfast.

Phenomenal stay

Cons: Time got away from us so didn’t have the chance to use the pool which was pristine!

Pros: I thought the staff was extremely accommodating, the room was HUGE, and there were no problems during our time on property. The complementary breakfast was absolutely AMAZING and the staff were very personable. We tried to get another night on site due to how good the stay was, but to no surprise it was sold out! I would certainly stay here again!

Cons: The bathroom shower didn't have a sliding door, so the towel we placed on the floor got soaked when I would take a two minute shower. The only other thing we noticed was a decent amount of loose hair strands throughout the room and some stains on the floor.

Great Guest Service

Pros: I have stayed here before but this last time, the staff was amazing. I was getting in after midnight and when I called to make sure (this site says check in until midnight), I was assured it would be fine. When I called as I was on my way, the Hilton app wouldn't let me check in online so the gentleman (I think his name is Vince) checked me in while I was on the phone. It was so nice to have peace of mind that I would have some place to stay after a day of travel.

Very Nice!

Pros: Suites with kitchen so we could cook in using ceramic plates and glassware. Very clean room and public area including gym and pool. Loved the extra outdoor patio space so we could be outside after lots of time in a car. Very good coffee and breakfast options! Kevin, in kitchen, was super helpful and friendly. Comfortable bed and very quiet inside (esp for a hotel near the airport) which was great for sleeping.

Cons: One of the male reception desk staff members was complaining (seemed to have a lot of anxiety) about something related to work, which didn’t seem very professional-perhaps a bad day.
