Pros: Our stay was short but a nice experience. Very helpful staff. Location very convenient.. Rooms were well appointed , comfortable, clean and quiet.

Would stay again on ground floor

Pros: The staff was friendly and accommodating. Also smiling and engaging.

Cons: Not enough disabled parking. Also, no elevator. My husband has parkinsons and our room was on the 2nd floor. Stairs are difficult for him.

Pros: Breakfast was great. The front desk ladies were very nice, both in the evening and in the morning. I loved the comforter and would like to know the manufacture

Cons: I had a difficult time trying the find the hotel entrance. Perhaps putting up some sort of signage would help.

Pros: Amazing surprise for our Valentines Day 💝, she really loves it. We enjoy coming to stay when we have a chance to come home, is the perfect spot for us halfway home.

Pleasant hotel in a traffic troubled city

Pros: The breakfast was great. The staff moved me across the hall from a single call as the highway noise was too great in room 429; 426 was much better (facing parking lot). There is a random arboretum within walking distance - little used, but present!

Cons: the traffic on the main drag was very hard to manage. I ended up staying in, not exploring Chillicothe as I was so traumatized by traffic. One woman pulled up, blocking my entry into a restaurant lot, while sha was waiting on a light. Very rude, and that seemed to be the rule for Chillicothe drivers.

Fun and relaxing

Pros: Staff was amazing especially Kristian! Pool and hot tub worked great and was open until midnight. Restaurants within close proximity. Would definitely stay again!
