comfortable and clean but some booking issues.

Pros: it was clean and had a nice pool. Good information on places to eat in the town and easy free parking.

Cons: Unfortunately there was a problem with the booking system and we didn’t get the room we had booked. After three attempts to find a room two were already occupied we found a room that we could use. The staff on the desk were very apologetic and helpful but they could only deal with the situation and seemed to have no powers to compensate us as the room we took was cheaper but we had already paid. A request to hear from the manager never materialised. I understand things happen but it would have been nice to receive an official apology.

Pros: My kids had a great time! They loved the pool, even though it was a little chilly! The rooms are super cute and they enjoyed the breakfast also

Cons: There was a bunch of kids running around unsupervised

We have stayed in a lot of hotels this hotel was the best one

Pros: Quiet setting clean staff was great and our room was very nice.

Cons: The bed was uncomfortable

Pros: Clean room, quiet hall. Access to other amenities such as fitness and pool. Ample bathroom supplies

Cons: Wifi didn't work

Pros: The staff was super friendly and the room was just what I needed.

Pros: Great Location, friendly staff, quiet and relaxing.

Pros: Very nice accommodations. Super clean facility. Wide variety of breakfast choices.

Cons: Could hear people in the hallway at times.

Pros: Staff was friendly, everything was clean, ice machines were working

Cons: The beds were very uncomfortable for a relatively new hotel.

Pros: The room was clean and the location to the caverns was close

Cons: The rooms really didn't have any seating. Just one chair at the desk. Had to eat on the beds.

Pros: I loved that it was out in the middle of nowhere yet close to everything.
