It was pleasant.

Pros: It's a very nice hotel. I've been staying there for years. It looks like you've recently done some updating. The carpet looked new. I see you've finally given up trying to get the hot tub to work and just gotten rid out it.

Cons: It would be nice to have a complimentary breakfast, there are really no good breakfast spots in Springfield. At least some complimentary coffee in the lobby would be nice.

Pros: The room was very nice and the bed comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful

Cons: The train tracks are right next to the property and we were woke up twice during the night.

Great stay

Pros: Walking distance to venue. Very clean. Staff really nice. We ate dinner at the restaurant and the food was delicious. Service was great in the restaurant. Had a dirty martini and perfectly made. Fridge in room kept water super cold. Bathroom so clean and shiny almost had to wear sunglasses. Beds comfy. Highly recommend. Parking was a breeze they have a parking lot

Short stay, but a wonderful experience

Pros: The location was perfect for us. We were only at the hotel for 10 hours, so we were unable to enjoy any of the amenities. However, the woman at the front desk who checked us in was INCREDIBLE! Very friendly, informative and helpful!!!

Good stay with clean rooms, nice location. Over charged for a third room, needs to be fixed!

Pros: Nice rooms for our family, and a great location. Thank you.

Cons: Unauthorized credit card charge for a third room. We only requested two rooms for the night. Two brothers in one room, and a sister and sister-in-law in the other room. Hopefully hotel management will fix this mistake quickly! Thank you
