Quiet, comfortable, affordable

Pros: The room was clean, huge television, quiet and peaceful. The staff was very helpful and attentive to our needs.

Cons: Keep in mind that the hotel is still in renovation. When I visited the pool was not available.

Great place to crash after a Phish show.

Pros: This place might be Dayton's best kept secret. A nice motel at a good value with excellent customer service. Very clean and comfortable.

Last minute business trip. Glad to find your hotel!

Pros: The room was very spacious and tidy. No weird smells! Easy to get in and out of the building.

Cons: It would have been nice to eat on site, but we enjoyed a breakfast at the diner down the street. The front of the hotel is a little foreboding but once we walked in I felt better.

It was really a nice vacation.

Pros: I enjoyed the entire experience. The staff were amazing. They were friendly to us and our children and made us feel very welcome. They were helpful and kind. I would gladly stay there again when I'm in the area.

Cons: There was an incident with someone smoking inside the hotel and at first they thought it was us or our children. It was a bit distressing being blamed for something we do not do. But after investigation the matter was cleared up. So overall it was handled in the end.

Neat and quiet place to stay.

Pros: The room was very neat, clean and affordable. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. I slept in for 2 days and got some much needed rest. I enjoyed my stay.
