Courtyard by Marriott Dayton Beavercreek

Staying here was a very good experience.

Pros: The location was great. We were there for a high school function and the location worked very well, There were a lot of food choices located nearby. Our room had a balcony, which I loved. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were all very friendly and accommodating. I would stay here again if back in the same area.

Cons: There was some construction going on at the hotel. It did not cause any real problems or issues though.

Pros: Location was perfect - close to my corporate location. Front desk personnel are attentive and know how to manage customers - even difficult ones. I (unfortunately) shared the 2nd floor hallway with ~20 9-year old hockey team and they played net hockey in the hallway for close to an hour. No parents in sight. Bonnie at the front desk took care of it before I lost my cool. : ) The breakfast sandwiches they make for guests are out of this world. So thanks for THAT!

Cons: They're doing work on the front entrance at this Marriott and another one near by - so it's a bit cold eating at their little restaurant area. But it's a work in progress!

Nice hotel

Pros: Check in went smoothly and the front desk person was very friendly. The rooms were nicely appointed and comfortable. Did not have breakfast so can’t comment on that. We were there for a sleepover for 5 - 13 year old girls so the proximity to the mall and the indoor pool were both huge selling points for us.

Cons: The WiFi was agonizingly slow. It was pretty much impossible to use Netflix on the tv

It was a very comfortable, friendly and quiet stay.

Pros: Very modern contemporary and clean. I love the bar and staff were so friendly to me. I will stay here again anytime I’m in the area

Welcoming, warm and relaxing.

Pros: Both my doctors are up in Dayton and I have as of still decided to keep them and tx, were as I live in Florida to date Florida still suffers from lack of great doctors

Cons: This past two days were stressful to say the least. Due to the fact when I arrived at Columbus airport and went to pick up my reserved car as normally what I do, they said they had no car available at the time. Causing me to miss my one scheduled appointment in Dayton and was not able to see the doctor since he would not be in the office if I was not to arrive by 3:30 Nope did not make it for I did not receive a car until the next morning and was very upset. Had to stay in Columbus over night and rent at another place on Friday morning to make my other doctors appointment. Thus I stayed in Dayton and found this hotel and was delighted for it was a terrible trip to Dayton, However I was greeted so kindly and treated with warmth and for that I was so relieved and slept great Friday night. My flight did not leave until 7:00 pm Sat and they allowed me to have a late checkout and just try to recoup what had occurred. So for that I am very thankful to have found this Marriott

Pros: Susan, the lady at the front desk was very friendly, helpful and informative, I felt very welcomed. My boyfriend proposed the night I stayed, and she was so thrilled and treated me like family. The lady at the breakfast cafe was amazing to unfortunately, I didn't catch her name. I will be booking my stay again with you all.

Pros: Check in was quick and easy. The lobby and so on were very clean. Check out was convenient and fast.

Cons: Person who greeted us was abrasive and had a rude tone. The breakfast attendant was snippy. Availability of items in snack area was limited.
