Clean, comfortable, great staff

Pros: Clean, comfortable and friendly staff. Overall a very good experience.

Cons: Some facilities starting to show their age, but nothing serious and did not detract from the positive experience

Pros: La colazione completissima e ottima, con accesso 24 ore in zona cafeteria a caffe e tè a volontà, incluso nel prezzo. Letto comodissimo. Camera e bagni puliti forniti di shampoo, balsamo per capelli e doccia schiuma in grande bottiglie in bagno.

Cons: L'odore di chiuso ci ha dato fastidio. Ho notato, specialmente in bagno, punti dove la pittura era stato fatto con poca cura, e vedere tutte le sbavature era un dispiacere, visto che il resto era in ordine e pulito. Ci vorrebbe poco sforzo per sistemarlo e migliorare l'impatto visuale.

Pros: The staff at this hotel is amazing! Rooms are big and look exactly like the pictures. Would recommend!

I was very satisfied with the staff, the facility, and the breakfast. I would choose you again.

Pros: The breakfast was amazing! I couldn't help but thank the woman who each day did such a good job of resupply and keeping the place clean.

Cons: I forgot to tell reception when I left that the clock in the room was unreliable in that I had to keep resetting it. That may have been due to the wall power recepticle needing replacement in that it only loosely held the clock plug.

Pros: Everything was excellent! We will definitely be back!

One-night stay after a long day, I got the night's rest I needed to finish up my drive.

Pros: I've always liked staying here at the Best Western on my way back to St. Louis from Michigan. The staff is always friendly and the beds are comfortable!

Cons: I was a little disappointed in that there was a group of people in the conference room on the third floor where the parents allowed their children to run up and down the hallway and screaming was involved at times. It stopped - luckily - but I was tempted to complain if it hadn't. Also, I felt like the TV was really slow with changing channels - I mean, really slow. I put the stopper in the sink down to wash my face and couldn't get it back up to let the water out, so I had to get on the floor to push the stopper back up from underneath. But that was about it.

Stress free stay. When going through a stressful situation, thank you!

Pros: My father and I stayed there as it was close to my aunts funeral. He is 85, and a diabetic. I called ahead to see what they served for breakfast. There was plenty and the food was good. The hotel room was nice and quiet. What I loved best was your staff. Everyone was not only friendly but offered help to us. They made you feel as though they cared. Thank you!

Cons: Can’t think of anything.

It served its purpose and wasn’t horrible.

Pros: It was close to our destination and reason for the visit.

Cons: Construction noise at odd hours of the early morning right outside our window.

Clean and comfortable lodgings, conveniently located

Pros: Friendly and helpful staff made everything a little easier, as they told us what stores, restaurants, and services were nearby. Location was EXCELLENT, even though it was on the outskirts of the city, thanks to good access to major roads leading into town, and the fact that the hotel was in the midst of so many places to eat, shop, and get fuel. Several places were so close we could just walk to them in a couple of minutes. The whole area was well-lit and easy to find our way back to. Facilities were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was one of the best we encountered during our two-week road trip. Parking is plentiful.

Cons: The elevator sensor shrieks like a banshee whenever you exit it in the lobby. It is safe and works well; it's just quirky and kind of funny, and not a serious cause for complaint.
