Hampton Inn Fort Wayne-Southwest

Pros: Everything was clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

Cons: There was no freezer in the room fridge.

It was great and peaceful!!!

Pros: Nice area close to a lot of things including the walkways behind the property leading to the mashes. Staff was amazing- Nathalie and the lovely lady who worked the night and morning of July 2 and 3 just great team!!

Cons: eggs with cheese and no option for non pork eating clients.

Great staff at a nice enough hotel, but needs a little TLC.

Pros: Breakfast was ok. Always dislike powdered eggs. The sausage was good, potatoes were soggy. Would have liked more choices in pastries, fruit, etc. The woman in charge of breakfast prep and clean-up was wonderful!

Cons: The hotel showed some obvious signs of deferred maintenance. The carpet outside the elevator on the 4th floor landing was very loose and heaving up into folds. It was definitely a trip hazard and needs to be fixed asap! It was also quite dirty because it’s difficult to vacuum in that condition. Blinds in our room didn’t work and were coming loose from the bracket on the window. Also many scuffs and dings on the walls and furniture.

Pros: Good breakfast, great friendly staff, they let me check in an hour early because we arrived earlier than anticipated. Place was clean and well kept.

Cons: Beds were a little hard. Woke up with a sore back. Didn't accept cash at check in. Only card.

Great options if staying in Ft. Wayne, would recommend to a friend!

Pros: Staff, facilities, and amenities! Booked for a cheap stay for an unexpected trip, not for hotel itself. Was very happily surprised by how wonderful the staff and stay were.

Cons: A bit hard to find from highway if not following gps

Pros: Good location, very clean and super nice staff. Room was big and had all basic necessities, was very clean. Free breakfast was great, had good options, coffee available anytime was a nice bonus!

Relaxing, comfortable, and worth the 6 hour drive.

Pros: Staff was very friendly, and informative to questions we ask. Bed was amazingly comfortable, and everything was so clean.

A Mid place to stay.

Pros: The people were great, it was our 25th anniversary and we were in town for a concert as well. And they did put us away in a quiet part of the Hotel. Maybe too quiet. The cookies were Amazing

Cons: The rug, when we got on to our 4th floor, the carpeting was pretty bad. I ended up tripping on it's weird raised up ruffles or just bad condition. I was hoping rhe the hot wouldn't look old and poorly put in ormaintained. And we understand that the breakfasts are amazing at most hotels. But yeah, the gavy for the biscuits was very mid. And the coffee was empty by 8:40. Both of them. And the bacon. I have no clue how the prep it.but it was the sadest bacon I have ever seen,But whatever. I dont expect diamonds. Just wee things that could have been better

Pros: Room was extremely clean & comfortable. We came to your property after leaving a previous booking. Our room at that property was disgusting. It was nice to find your place on short notice with availability!!! We were highly pleased by everything. Staff was great & very professional & ready to help!!! We will definitely book with Hilton properties in the future.

Cons: There was nothing negative

Pros: The staff was amazing! They went above and beyond the whole time my daughter was in Lutheran! They even made her a card when she was realized. Very impressed and would definitely stay again!
