Extended Stay America Suites - Cleveland - Middleburg Heights

Pros: The accommodation was excellent. I have no complaints about it. The only criticism is that the air conditioning had a bad smell when the heater was on, but otherwise it was excellent. I can recommend it and I would stay there again.

Pros: First assigned room on 2nd floor had a leaky bathtub faucet, and the hallway outside needed maintenance (carpet was really worn out). Moved to the 3rd floor which was in better condition, and the room was perfect: spacious, comfortable, clean. The room is tailor made for those spending 5-7 days, with its built in kitchen (stove/oven, standard refrigerator, dishwasher), but for me being a solo traveller staying overnight, it had amenities that I didn't necessarily require. Staff are super friendly, and always accommodating. Generally speaking, a very good room, a comfortable stay, a solid experience for an overnight stay.

Cons: The second floor was clearly being used by/assigned to travellers more frequently, and it showed by the hallway carpet that needs maintenance/replacement. Its appearance takes away from the quality the establishment provides with its rooms. A better selection for \

Pros: Staff were very friendly and helpful. Checking in was easy upon arrival. They listened to what I asked for and waited until I arrived and paid. Very easy check-in.

Cons: The breakfast is just a grab and go lol

Very very happy with our stay with you, spacious, clean, was SO pleasant, would stay again.

Pros: The breakfast, not so great, though the coffee was wonderful.

Cons: Could have had some cereal bars, some juices perhaps.

Pros: roominess, pretty good location Items we asked for were supplied ( most should have been in the room.) staff was good ,, however a number of times no one was at the desk for 3 or 4 minutes at a time. ( surprise)

Cons: grab and go --- no breakfast, not even a sandwich. Very little supplies in room. Coffee was ok very stinky side entryways, garbage container in hallway

Pros: There’s a lot of restaurants around the area and also some are across the street. The room I have was good it is quiet and the bathroom is newly renovated. It is about 20-30 minutes drive to downtown and dave and busters since I have a kid. The kitchen with sink is perfect for my little family of 3 as I washed bottles of my kid.

Cons: Everything is outdated like tv, couch, chair and stovetop the interior design and the carpet needs some love but it is expected as the price is affordable.

Will stay at extended stay again

Good value for the occasion

Pros: It was fine,clean,front desk clerk was friendly and helpful.Free coffee was delicious.We went to Morgan Wallen concert,so for the price of this room as compared to some of the others it was a good value.

Cons: The bed was a double,a little small

Pros: Nice and clean comfortable beds and we were not bothers .
