It was a very relaxing stay

Pros: Breakfast was delicious and a short walk to the baseball stadium and Newport Aquarium

Hotel is great, the workers are courteous, but could be greatly improved by increased staffing.

Pros: Free drinks and snacks were GREAT! Breakfast was WONDERFUL! Staff are friendly, courteous and pleasant! Our room was clean with a great view.

Cons: It's possible there was and unexpected staff shortage today, but: There was only one person checking people in and the line was LONG and the wait was LONG. Only one person running the bar for free drinks, plus taking meal orders. He was quick and courteous but the wait was longer than necessary! No one answered the phone when I attempted to order room service. I wish parking was free and not $12/day.

We got lost due to not finding the lobby getting there which made my husband in a really bad mood, but we found her amaz

Pros: Everything but the lobby, where you check in… We couldn’t find it!

Cons: You need better communication on how to get to the lobby

Pros: The breakfast was wonderful, and really enjoyed the pool and the view of the city was great.

Cons: The rooms we nice but outdated. The bathroom faucet was broken and there was a 12 by 12 hole cute out in the ceiling for what looked like a wifi router. A plastic panel would've been nice instead of just a hole in the ceiling. Overall the location was nice just needs some TLC.

The ups and downs about the hotel

Pros: Food was excellent Mrs delta makes the best omlettes....facility was very clean staff was super nice....amazing view to the city loved my king suite

Cons: The pillows where to soft ....so made my neck hurt and the TV in the living room channels didn't get good reception...they offered two free drinks for two but you can't checkin til 4pm and the drink tickets are only good for 5:30pm to 7:00 pm so by the time I got situated and settled I missed the time frame for the free drinks they need to extend the time frame longer...also need to include visible food menus in rooms of what the kitchen has to offer.. Because the only way to see a menu and what the hotel has to offer was to scan a little bar code that was on a table In the living room with your phone so if your cell phone didn't have a bar code scanner you where screwed

The stay was phenomenal to say the least.

Pros: The cleanliness of the property with open bar concept and omelette for breakfast is all my wife talks about. This is our second time at this particular place and it’s better each time. Although a bit pricey from the last time we were here but to put that smile on my wife’s face was well worth it.
