Convenient , pleasant and reception staff ( Cory esp ) were very helpful

Pros: Not too far from downtown Cincinatti , a local bus journey to heart of Downtown was only $2 each way and the stop was within 5 mins walk of the hotel.

Cons: Nothing to dislike although flushing the toilet was a bit hit n miss due the set up ( fix) . Property could do with a bit of a cosmetic update.

Good basic room

Pros: Hotel was nice. Basic looking room. Balcony was really nice.

Cons: Sconces on the wall strobed when turned on and where loose. Sink handles where extremely squeaky and seemed broken

Pros: We were on a late Valentine's Day mini vacation. This was the perfect spot to to reserve. It was lovely! The building was beautiful.

Cons: The hotel was having difficulty with its internet, but they showed me how to navigate the building so I can get service.

Pros: N/ a on breakfast. Location is good. Staff ( Amy) was professional, courteous, and helpful. Refreshing in today's marketplace.

Pros: Staff were very welcoming. The hotel is in a convenient location to Main Street Covington which has a lot or really nice bars and restaurants

We had a pleasant stay in Covington and loved the location, but all did not meet expectations.

Pros: The room was large, and the beds were pretty comfortable.

Cons: The refrigerator took more than twelve hours to cool. The sink was slow draining and left a nasty scum in the sink. There were nasty looking stains on the carpet. There were only two wash cloths, and both were pretty hard. The website says that you have a hot tub, but you don't. Finally, I received a text that there would be life music in the Fifth Lounge, and we got dressed up to attend, but there was no band.
