Pros: The vallet staff was amazing! Front desk was easy, they let us check in early. The room was nice and clean. Hotel overall was very nice, perfect location to the stadium, plenty of restaurants near by. Would stay agian.

Very enjoyable stay, great location, reasonable value, restaurant and bar had a good selection.

Pros: Very good location for easy quick access to the entertainment at The Banks and for the Paycor stadium. The room was comfortable and quiet, I liked the 24hr shop in the lobby and Scott in the bar was nice and easy to talk to.

Cons: Not much to put in the negative column, I would have liked a selection of drinks and snacks in the room but other than that I was very satisfied.

Great breakfast!

Pros: Great welcoming staff, easy check in. East location to get in and out of. Concierge staff very helpful with local knowledge. Great breakfast, the chef made me pancakes without sugar on request— which was great and added my favourite fruit, blueberries 😍.

Cons: The view from my room was a collapsed building! Not so good. The bathroom is a tad basic for a Hyatt hotel.

Great stay at a nice hotel with amenities and in a great walkable location. Would stay here again!

Pros: 24 hour cafe was great for a pre-wedding coffee and post-wedding late night snack!

Cons: Would have liked a microwave in the room.

Outstanding in all respects!

Pros: Located right across the street from the Convention Center. Staff was great, and the hotel was extremely clean and well maintained.

Cons: Nothing comes to mind.

Very enjoyable

Pros: Property was beautiful and was well worth the price! The view was incredible! Close and walkable to do many things. Staff was very kind and knowledgeable

Quick with delicious breakfast on the way out with excellent service!

Pros: The bed was very comfortable. We were passing through so the location being right in downtown and minutes from the highway was perfect. The water pressure in the shower was wonderful for my thick hair and all the products provided smelled so good!

Cons: The parking situation was not the greatest. We either paid $50 for valet or drove across the street ourselves and parked for $28 I believe. I understand valet being extra but as much as the room was some kind of parking should be included.
