Great place.

Pros: The room was excellent. Maverick's - the bar/restaurant downstairs was awesome. The staff were very helpful. Couldn't really fault this place. Would absolutely stay here again when I am in Cincinnati. ... if you are a fan of WKRP in Cincinnati- the building from the show is around the corner.

Fantastic location highly recommend

Pros: Fabulous location as able to walk to everything we wanted to do. We loved getting texts from both front house staff and the valet. We only needed an Uber to get to the zoo. The staff were extremely helpful, especially Amanda in Mavericks. Having a breakfast spot in the hotel was also a bonus.

Cons: The only hiccup was that we were not informed at check in that we had to book housekeeping. But it was rectified easily enough.

Pros: Room was very nice. Staff very friendly and helpful. House keeping on top of things. No issues with hotel accommodations.

Cons: Not use to the noise of the city. It would be nice if there was a way of making the rooms more sound proof.

Pros: Location to Great American Baseball field was perfect!

Cons: Staff had no personality, not personable! In fact they may have been robots.

Comfortable rooms and great staff!

Pros: I love staying here, the staff is always so lovely, and so are the rooms. Easy to walk everywhere because it's in the heart of the city.

Very pleasant- in upcoming trips to Cincinnati, I like the university area for its street life

Ronnie at front desk was amazing

Pros: Arrived around 3 and was graciously checked in by Ronnie who does a tremendous job at accommodating me to the room that fits my stay perfectly. One of the best hotel employees I’ve ever met . Keep up the good work

Pros: I liked the history of the place. It was nice. Could use a deep clean tho. Was pretty dusty in certain areas of the room.
