Hampton Inn and Suites Cincinnati - Downtown

We had a very good experience.

Pros: The breakfast food was excellent. I enjoy the help from the staff in the breakfast room.

Cons: The mattress and pillows were way to soft. My wife had a sore back in the morning..I could have use a small refrigerator for left over sushi.

Great hotel , great location in great city.

Pros: Great location in the middle of Cincy. Easy to get about, great bars in the area. Nicely placed between OTR and the riverside. Room was excellent.

Cons: Breakfast was so /so. It was good to have two locations in one but both a bit average for breakfast. Hard to get quarters for washing machine. Should keep a very big stick on site.

Great Location

Pros: The location is great, it's close to all of the things we were wanting to do and a 3 minute walk from the restaurant we had reservations at. The room was clean, the bathroom was nice and big, plenty of channels on the TV and the staff was nice.

Cons: We booked 3rd party, 3 rooms for 3 couples. They had to charge my card for all 3 rooms because they said I booked third party. I have never had to do that before, most places just separate it and put it on the other cards bc we did the pay later option. I thought that was an inconvenience because then other couples had to send me money. Then he also pended the extra $50 per night deposit on my card AND the other two cards. Once I noticed that the actual charge was $50 lower than what they pended, I had to then send them back $50 bc they overpaid me. It was very odd. Also, the shower water pressure is very bad, it felt like hardly no water was coming out and it took a very long time to get even remotely warm.

Pros: I was nice place, room was confortable and clean, no noise.

Cons: Breakfast was ok, i remember it being a bit better. I am being critical. It did the job. I am a true coffee drinker, i wish would could have coffee like in Italy, that's all applies for every hotel that's i've seen around here. No worries, i didn't have my coffee this morning. Cheers.

Comfortable, convienent, friendly

Pros: I liked the breakfast, the security card scan in the elevators, the staff was very helpfull, happy and personable. I liked the location a lot, it was very convienent

Cons: The parking situation I didnt like. It was expensive at 28 dollars a day and I was charged for 3 days automatically when I took my car out, so I wasn't billed in 24 hour incriments

Pros: Breakfast was good, room was comfortable. Location was perfect for the walk to arena. Would recommend!!!

Beautiful hotel and nice rooms and it’s quiet.

Pros: The night clerk was very nice. We didn’t arrive until after 10pm. The room was very clean and spacious! The breakfast was very good the next day and the staff was helpful, too.

Cons: The pot smell in the outer lobby was crazy! We come from Ky and we didn’t know it was legal in Cincinnati.

Pros: Öncelikle güleryüzlü, yardımsever ve çalışkan otel çalışanları. Resepsiyonda, mutfakta, teknik ekipte herkes çok ilgiliydi. Oda kocaman ve konforluydu. Konumu çok merkeziydi, etrafımız restoranlarla çevriliydi.

Cons: Kahvaltı çok Amerikan’dı, domates ve yeşillikler, peynir vb. daha fazla taze çeşit olabilirdi.

Lovely time!!

Pros: Hotel staff were friendly. Hotel was clean. Room was spacious and had a neat view. I slept with the curtains open to see the skyline lights at night.

Cons: Parking was a bit of a pain as I don't like valet parking, so just used a nearby parking garage and it worked just fine. Nothing they can do about parking, as it is downtown.

Came for a Staycation in the city and it was really nice. Walked to several places easily . Will definitely be back.

Pros: Very clean and nice. In walking distance to many activities.

Cons: We went during an extremely cold time and the building is older but the room was chilly no matter how we set the heat.
