Conveniently located for The Banks, Paycor and OTR

Pros: The hotel was conveniently located close to The Banks and Paycor Stadium, with easy access to OTR and the rest of downtown. Staff were friendly and helpful and the room was comfortable and clean.

Cons: It would have been nice to have had a bath with a shower over the bath rather than just a shower.

Pros: Location couldn’t be better Front office staff is excellent Gym is decent

Cons: Rooms are overpriced Old infrastructure. Rooms are not modern, coffee machine is ancient Housekeeping staff is quite poor, room wasn’t cleaned for 3 days Breakfast is poor, very basic

Would recommend this hotel

Pros: The room was neat, bed was comfortable and the hotel restaurant was really good as well. We had dinner prior to the show we were there to see then stopped in to have drinks later.

I brought my 15 year old granddaughter to see Stevie Nicks at the Heritage Bank Center and I wanted our stay to be extra

Pros: The property was easy to find as we came from Pittsburgh, PA. The entrance to the building was nostalgic and just as I expected a Renaissance to look. Clean and inviting!

Cons: The property was within walking distance to our venue and many restaurants.
