Kinley Cincinnati Downtown

Pros: Tyler and Timmothy are hospitable and informative and added to the enjoyable time we had. The hotel is beautiful, stylish, and a friendly/welcoming place to be.

I like the hotel decor, cleanliness and safety at the hotel.

Pros: I like that when I arrived I was able to go to my room. And the map provided with nearby stores, restaurants and museums was stellar. I loved the hotel's decor. I also like the fact you needed your room key to activate the elevator which provided me with a sense of security as a single woman traveling alone.

Cons: I think the room was a bit pricey not to include breakfast. And the restaurant was not open when I arrived on December 17, 2023 to Kinley Hotel. I was told there was no chef. And The following day on December 18, 2023 the restaurant wasn't opened. Well, with the closed restaurant at Kinley hotel I was able to explore Cincinnati Fountain and surrounding blocks. So it wasn't that bad. I'm not a alcohol drinker so I wasn't interested in the bar. When I went to add another Hotel day due to delay with my return transportation to Detroit, the clerk mentioned a possible discount, but I didn't receive it. If I was thinking I should have made a separate reservation to get the discounted price for the Monday booking.

I had a great weekend and was more enjoyable being that my accommodation was great too

Pros: All of the staff I came into contact with were polite and friendly and wanted to ensure my stay was going well

Cons: It’s a small thing I think but the toiletries smelled like they were stale

Lovely Hip Hotel

Pros: Kinley was a great hotel while visiting our son for the weekend. Super cute lobby and bar, and well appointed rooms. Not huge, but not tiny either. The arrival staff was great (think, Dante ?). In the heart of cincy. Park next door to save a few bucks…

Cons: No drawers/dresser! That seems to be a thing these days. I have noticed it in a few of our last vacations/trips. There is Closet to hand stuff up, but unpacking clothes meant stashing under the bench. Wasn’t a big deal for a weekend, but it would bug me if we stayed longer.

Pretty darn good from check in to check out

Pros: Clean, very comfortable bed Not the greatest coffee in the world in the morning at the bar, but not horrible

Pros: It is a place I could live in. Perfectly located. I stayed 2 days instead of one. Christina was excellent.

Pros: The location was wonderful, I had a fun time figuring out a place to park in the nearby area but I was able to find a really good spot nearby.

Cons: Nothing, the room was really nice and the whole check-in and check-out process was super easy.

Pros: This hotel is exceptional from the staff to miniscule details in the rooms. We enjoyed our stay and will recommend Kinley Cincinnati Downtown to all of our family and friends, and we will be back.

Pros: Nice hotel downtown. nice rooms and attentive staff. room was very comfy - really nice bed and the bar area was fun after a long day of work.

Cons: the downtown area is a little boring at night, but the hotel was fine.

Pros: It was in a perfect location, close to everything and still quiet at night. The bourbon and burgers place was really good and the people that worked there were super friendly.
