The staff absolutely make this hotel experience positive!

Pros: The property was clean and airy! The rooms were cleaned and in good condition with plenty of sockets and space for work. The staff are the shining light of the hotel… all staff members I encountered were so friendly, approachable and helpful! The team at reception have great personalities and made us feel special and comfortable, super attentive! Management should be really proud of how this team conduct themselves.

Cons: Although not directly the fault of the hotel… there seemed to be quite a congregation of homeless outside or in close vicinity to the hotel. Sometimes coming inside seemingly asking questions which could be off putting to guests. Especially at night as a female traveller, this could feel a little intimidating.

Pros: Great location for downtown activities but also pretty quiet. Spacious, comfortable room and immaculate bathroom. Friendly, helpful staff.

Cons: Would have liked a safe in the room.

Central locarion and nice people

Pros: Good location. The staff were very accommodating.

Cons: Parking was at the Westin next door. No in and out priviledges

Pros: Didn’t eat breakfast. I prefer a breakfast that is included in the price not a extra add on

Our stay exceeded our expectations and we’re looking forward to coming back in the fall.

Pros: I loved the location. One block away from Fountain Square, a few blocks away from the Banks and OTR. We were in the heart of everything. And the staff was beyond helpful with anything we needed.

Best place for a ballgame stay

Pros: Katie and Bob went above and beyond to accommodate us. Excellent service top notch. Close to ballpark and the valet parking lot keeps you from needing a parking pass. Go Reds

Cons: The Reds didn't win, but it wasn't the hotels fault There's nothing not to like

Pros: The hotel and room were beautiful, the location is perfect for going out into the city. All staff was polite and accommodating.

Cons: During the visit, there was just a minor issue concerning an elevator being down and congestion for going either up or down ensued afterwards.

Pros: We could not have asked for a better weekend stay. The hotel staff was all so great & made our stay so relaxing and convenient. The lady working the front desk and the bistro bar were so so nice.
