Very comfortable stay in central location.

Pros: Very spacious and comfortable room. Well equipped fitness room. Excellent location. Availability of late check out.

Pros: The ambiance of the facility and view out window on 14th floor

Cons: More accommodating in assisting with third party reservation when can’t find at front desk. Little assistance in regards to matter. For example here’s the number call ex… to find out why reservation booking can’t find on your end. It was there but little effort on part of Westin staff. Spent as lot of time on phone about reservation when over site of Westin staff fee welding of don’t like third party bookings but hey it’s keeping the capacity of hotel full and your job!

Pros: I like the convenience and location. parking is under the building which is defiantly a plus. And I enjoy staying on a high floor

Pros: The property was in a convenient location. The parking garage was very close, which was nice.

Cons: The elevators were tricky to figure out. We did not get a heads up about them during check in, so until we figured out what we were supposed to do, it took a while to get to our room.
