Worth the stay.

Pros: Place was lovely and clean and tidy. The food at the restaurant and the staff was fantastic

excellent local place, full of history

Pros: the hotel is situated in downtown Cincinnati, and it is full of history. The hotel is close and with easy access to all points of tourist interest in downtown. The rooms are comfortable and big enough, with big windows. The hotel has 29 floors, but reaching our room on floor 15 - 6 elevators on disposal was not a problem. Breakfast options were buffet and a la carte. Friday and Saturday we enjoyed the life jazzy music downstairs around the bar corner. The cocktails were also a treat.

Cons: In my view, there is nothing to dislike. Someone may consider that the facilities are a bit outdated but if we know in advance that this is a historical building all this may turn to a charming place, full of history which is well maintained nowadays.

It was a great Birthday, Historical, Museum Experience, transported to another time!

Pros: The room was very Pretty but a little dusty in spots and dining room TV only plays 1 channel and the thermostat battery was broken..It was quite warm. The bed was really comfortable. There needs to be a microwave.

Pros: Staff as always was great. Very friendly. Very helpful, when needed.

Cons: Our only issue came from the kitchen on Saturday morning for breakfast. 3 out of the 4 in our group ordered the Palm Court Benedict(with smoked salmon). Beautiful old art deco hotel in downtown Cincy .

Pros: Beds were very comfortable. We stayed in a queen suite, so had 2 queen beds and 2 bathrooms, which is unheard of and exceptionally useful when traveling with a teenager.

Cons: There was no fresh water in the lobby, we had to pay for it. Shopping was very limited because Saks Fifth was closed and there was nowhere else to shop downtown for a dress shirt for my teenager, so we couldn't dine at Morton's due to dress code.

A great historic location for a relaxing weekend in the city

Pros: The spa tub was a wonderful feature, very relaxing. And the location was within walking distance to several restaurants. Parking in the garage provided a convenient and secure experience for commuting.

Cons: There were some issues with the cleanliness of the room - it was obvious the carpet had not been cleaned or vacuumed. And with the addition of the spa tub, the rest of the bathroom was quite small.

Great place

Pros: This hotel is gorgeous. I didn't get to utilize it all but the atmosphere was amazing. Staff was awesome and helpful.

Cons: The water pressure wasn't great. I will say that room decor didn't really astound like the rest of the building, but that was pretty mild issue
