Great visit with family for our birthdays

Pros: Everything except below and parking lot is a bit dark

Cons: All was great except height of bed. I'm too short to get in them without maximum effort

Upset the pool wasn’t available. But everything else was extraordinary.

Pros: Room is super spacious. Super clean. Lovely staff.

Cons: Pool wasn’t open but major part in booking there. Could use toilet paper in room.

Frequent Stay

Pros: Cleanliness, location, hot shower (in this particular room) Full size kitchen & coffee pot

Cons: The pillows were good but just not comfortable enough to be rated excellent I don't think this is all rooms though. I have had other rooms here where the comfort of the bed and pillows were much better

Pros: Suite was spacious and accommodating. Very nice home like feel. Loved the fireplace and loft bedroom.

Cons: Didn't have breakfast option

Pros: The staff was excellent the room was extraordinary couldn't even get a better place other than this place this place is off the charts clean perfect in every way

Cons: There is not one thing I did not like about this place this place is too perfect I highly suggest going here

Short time stay only

Pros: Our early flight departure made it a suitable fit for our plans

Cons: This location is in need of updates and emitted a strong smell, suggesting a lack of deep cleaning for an extended period. While not ideal, I would advise against it for lengthy stays.

A wonderful place!

Pros: Loved the suite. It was absolutely amazing. It had a complete mini kitchen and even came with a couple of plates and utensils and everything. The room was spacious and clean. My partner and I came to stay the night for my birthday as a little get away for us. We went around the corner to the max and ermas. Had a delicious dinner and drinks. Came back to the hotel and had such a relaxing night. The receptionist lady was so pleasant. We will definitely be coming back for more stays when we need a night away. It was absolutely perfect and it made my birthday awesome!! I turned 23!!

Cons: The only even slight inconvenience at most was the fridge, and the tv had like streaks on it from being cleaned. It showed that it had been cleaned at least and everything else was perfect.

Pros: I love the front desk, I love the house keepers, I love my soft & comfortable bed with lots of pillows. I love the channels, I love the well lot parking at night, I love that there was an elevator. I love that my room felt like a home away from home. 🥰
