Perfect for the one night stay traveling through Ohio

Pros: Convenient location. Super fast check in. Clean comfortable room.

Best Choice For Me

Pros: The location was great. Close to many restaurants with transportation needed. Staff is accommodating. Airport shuttle available for 24 hrs.

Cons: Cost is a bit higher than most. Facility is a little dated. No hot water was available during my stay.

Pros: The elevators were broken, but things like this happen. Beds were comfy, staff was friendly, and though the restaurant had a limited menu, what we did eat was good. Shuttle got us to airport in plenty of time.

Pros: The room, lobby and hallway was very clean. Derrick at the front desk and the ladies in the breakfast area were exceptional! Very helpful and kind. Food was great, and parking was convenient.

Cons: 2 out of 3 elevators were down, making it difficult for the older folks and staff. The sauna was not functioning, and with all of the athletes staying there this weekend, it was something they were really looking forward to. One of the housekeeping staff was being reprimanded (correctly so) for her language. The over all hotel is well-appointed inside, but the outside, especially outside of the pool area, needs updating.

The staff would be the reason I come again!

Pros: The rooms need some work especially around the windows/ceiling but it was clean and comfortable. The staff was awesome!

Will stay again, the shuttle was very convenient!!!!

Pros: The staff was nice and very helpful. Didn't have time for breakfast.

Cons: This is very minor. Our room had a stain on the wall by the window. Just needed repainted.

Best hotel stay

Pros: From start to finish we had a great stay! The shuttle was super convenient! Our flight was canceled and we were able to go back to our room and sleep a little while longer until our next flight! The front desk staff is amazing and deserves a raise! They are super friendly and very accommodating! Rooms are clean and comfortable! Will stay if in the area again!

Ease of worry

Pros: I always park my car here when traveling. They shuttle me to and from the airport. This trip I chose to stay overnight since there were snow advisories and I didn’t want to worry about getting to their lot the morning of travel.
