Great stay though, lovely food the next morning, especially the pancakes!

Pros: It was a great location and the transfer driver was very helpful.

Cons: The air con was cold when I arrived and I couldn’t turn it down very easily, it was also a bit noisy.

Comfortable and spacious

Pros: Lovely big comfortable room, didn’t notice any aircraft noise although the hotel is next to the airport Staff friendly and efficient. Great value compared to other hotels in the area

Good stay (minus the hotel credit card issue)

Pros: Very large room and very clean , comfortable bed. Great view from my room of the planes landing and takeoff from Cleveland Airport.

Cons: Hotel caused my Credit card to be issued for fraud because they tried to take payment multiple times before i arrived. When I arrive my card was declined and I had to use a different card as the bank had blocked the card. This was not a great start to my stay! I was charged a commission from the bank because I used the other card . I would have preferred if property waited until I arrived before trying to charge my card .

Great vibe, great location near to airport and exce staff and customer service.

Pros: We love the vibe of this hotel. Conveniently located near the airport when you need it. Staff are super helpful and nice.

Cons: Would like breakfast to be available for a little longer.

Pros: Great location and the shuttle was very helpful. The decor is nice.

Cons: Hotel needs more soundproofing. The floors are concrete and noise traveled. AC made a lot of noise when it turned on.

Cool hotel, great location and great value for money

Pros: Great location in a former NASA building. Room was massive, more like a suite, and the bed was really comfortable. Breakfast was included in the price, and was above average, in my opinion.

Cons: There were a couple of small marks on the sofa in the bedroom.
