Pros: We absolutely loved everything about the property, great location, and excellent cleanliness.

Pros: Complimentary coffee by reception and also like the fact that we’re was a little shop with food to heat up as well. Lobby was comfortable enough to wait in for hours before we had to go to the airport

Cons: I reserved a room with “$25 property credit” which I thought meant we had money credit to spend at the hotel shop but turns out it didn’t mean that at all. Very misleading in my opinion, the hotel should elaborate on this in the booking details. Also housekeeping tried to enter my room just after 8am twice in a 20 min time span. I had the “do not disturb” sign on my door so it was very unpleasant.

Good option for airport Hotel or stay near Cleveland

Pros: A good option if you need to stay near airport. Quiet with a good basic restaurant. Also nearby food options within walking distance. Away from airport near car rental return but in a quiet pocket. You can ring and get picked up by Hotel shuttle and get dropped off again. All of which worked for me

Cons: If you don't have a car you are away from attractions.

Convenient location for airport.

Pros: The hotel has a shuttle to the airport. I didn't end up needing it but had intended to use it and park long term. The staff was nice.

Cons: One elevator was broken for over a week. The pillows are fluffy, absolutely no support at all. I had to stuff towels into the pillowcase to provide any kind of stability. Many people like that style of pillow, but many need support. When my boyfriend picked me up from the airport we stayed a second time and he brought my firmer travel pillow so that helped.

Pros: Clean .. some updating still needs done but overall not bad . … $18.00 for a breakfast Buffett is a little high I think

Cons: No breakfast accept sit down or 18.00 for a Buffett that a little expensive. Thats per person as well. Bathroom need a little work but overall place was clean and stay was nice

Great Hotel!

Pros: Great location, very close to the airport. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff very helpful. We especially appreciated the early morning shuttle to the airport so we could catch an early flight. Also, the shuttle picked us up at the rental car return facility the night before our flight when we had to turn in the car.

Great choice for early flights!

Pros: Booked this because we had a super early flight out of Cleveland Airport. Shuttle driver was super helpful and friendly and picked us up within a few minutes from the airport. Heads up, you need to call the hotel to get the driver to come out, they don't make regular rounds unless they know someone is waiting. We'd originally returned our rental car, then shuttled to airport to meet hotel shuttle, but the driver said that wasn't necessary-- he could have picked us up from the rental car area instead—good to know for next time. Room was clean and modern and perfect for what we needed. We walked down the hill to a nearby restaurant for dinner but it looked like there was a small restaurant in the hotel also. Front desk staff were helpful and friendly, and reserved our early shuttle for us. Shuttle driver picked us up the next morning at the ungodly hour of 4am for our flight. Hats off to anyone who has to work at that hour!

Great location, will be back!

Pros: Location is great, close to the airport and nice shuttle service. The little restaurant is nice for dinner and drinks. It worked out well for us. The room was nice, beds were comfortable and everything was clean.

Cons: One of the elevators and the ice machine wasn't working while we were there.
