Pros: I liked the home feeling I got staying in a room with a full clean kitchen. The desk staff was amazing!!!!! Very welcoming and polite. Walmart and other large chain of stores was right across the parking lot which was a plus. Everything I needed where at my fingertips.

Cons: Upon entering my room there was water on the kitchen and bathroom floor, I guess the attendant had just cleaned the room. Thank God I turned the lights on or I would have slipped and fell.I didn't like that the guests who's already paying for the stay have to pay for parking as well. This is something that should be listed on the 3rd party website when booking the reservation and not told at check in. I didn't like that you have to download an app just to pay to wash your clothes. Children should not be allowed to stay on the upper floors. I think the guests above me did Zumba 24 hours a day my entire stay. I had to keep the tv on just to block out the stomping to the timing of the beats just to get some sleep. No swimming pool or breakfast. Not kid friendly there's nothing for them to do.

Pros: I was in Cleveland for a wedding and this hotel offered the most value. The bride and groom booked blocks in a separate hotel up the road, but it was literally twice the cost. This hotel met all expectations of a 3-4 star hotel, at a 2 star price. Plus it had other amenities, like a fridge, hot plate, and kitchen sink. Would absolutely stay again!

Pros: I liked the convenience of the location, cleanliness, parking was plentiful, loved the comfortable beds and clean sheets etc

Cons: Our air conditioner would cut off and not cut back on through out the night

Pleasant stay warm

Pros: I was very pleased with my stay. I will be staying again. I felt comfortable in a friendly and clean atmosphere. I really like having a little kitchen with a full size refrigerator. And the ice maker actually had ice in it. Plus they make movie theater style popcorn in the lobby, and on my way out the door for work, I grab a little bag.

Pros: Rooms are clean and comfortable. Good value in a good location close to highway and amenities.

Cons: I could hear the TV on in the suite next door all night.

Very comfortable and welcoming.

Pros: I didn't have breakfast. I thought the staff was very welcoming and extremely helpful from the check in staff to housekeeping to maintenance. The place had a comfortable feel to it. They had outdoor grills for guests to cook on and free laundry facilities.

Cons: Not sure if this could be fixed but the hallways got a little smelly on some days.

Pros: Everything was well taken care of in the room and EVERY member of the staff was polite and personable

NIce Hotel close to the airport

Pros: The hotel is located close to the airport. I was able to book it the same day I needed it. Staff was nice and helpful.

Pros: I really liked the room. It was very clean and spacious. The location was great with it being so close to the airport, Walmart and the mall.

Pros: These are like little appartments and everything you need is in the room Big Parking A lot of stores and restaurants around you Friendly Staff
