Pros: Dry comfortable, clean, and modern. Love the vibe. Exceptional staff.

Cons: The halls and rooms were a bit dark. I thrive in natural light. Luckily the brught, comfortable, welcoming lobby was a great place to hang out.

Pros: The staff were so friendly and helpful. Our transport to the airport was super early and our return flight was really late. Transportation was always readily available and the drivers were excellent. We will stay here any time we have flights out of Cleveland now!
