Residence Inn by Marriott Cleveland Airport/Middleburg Heights

Pros: The staff at breakfast was helpful and friendly. I liked the fruit options and toasted bagels. Unfortunately, my daughter couldn’t find anything she liked. I liked the large room and location of the hotel to the airport. I also liked the gym.

Cons: The pool was not clean. First, you couldn’t see the bottom of the pool. When we got in another guest was cleaning out sausage from the pool. When I went under the water there was a panty liner on the bottom.

I appreciate the manager for upgrading my room it was beautiful

Pros: I love the breakfast and I love the location and the room

Cons: I love everything even though I had to wait for someone too give me key card to my room

Overall my stay was wonderful. The room was spacious and clean and way above my standards

Comfortable stay near Baldwin Wallace.

Pros: Clean, comfortable, quiet. Convenience to Baldwin Wallace University and to hospital facilities. Restaurants nearby.

Beautiful nice and relaxing

Pros: It was clean beautiful and plenty for the kids to do in the area.

Cons: I liked everything about the property. Wish on the weekends that the pool stayed open to 11pm

I would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

Pros: I almost did not book her because the pics were eh ok. Glad I did. It was really nice. For sure reminded me of a nice studio apartment. The only thing I had a little dislike for what with the shower floor.. could be a little slick and I know it’s hard to clean and the shower door is not a fool enclosure, so can get cold. I heat lamp would fix that. The bathroom was very modern and it was really a nice place and even have a few food places in front of the hotel.

Very nice hotel, good location, super comfortable rooms.

Pros: The hotel was quite nice, good parking and close access to roads/freeways/airport etc. Rooms were wonderful, clean and spacious and the beds were excellent in comfort. Overall a very nice place to stay with a reasonable rate.

Cons: Breakfast coffee was excellent, but it was lacking a bit in diversity of food. Egg croissants looked great but were a bit tired, scrambled was fine, yogurts average, breads average. Overall solid, but not quite up to the standards of the rest of the hotel.
