The Estate Loft in Downtown Milford

We stayed four nights. Couldn't have been happier with our selection.

Pros: Location is excellent, walking distance from many stores and restaurants and coffee houses. Beds were comfortable. Lots of room for my wife daughter and I to relax. Will definitely be staying here again when we are in the area. So much better space wise and money wise than a hotel room.

Cons: Everything met our needs. So nothing not to like about the place.

Pros: Milford is a great small town with a lot of really good restaurants. Short drive to everything else. Very quiet and relaxing.

It was a great stay.

Pros: Pretty much everything. It was easy to find. A great location.

Cons: the stairs were steep, hand rail on only one side.

Perfect for a couple looking to enjoy all the dining and libations downtown Milford has to offer!

Pros: The location of this property is perfect for visiting Milford. Directly on Main Street, the property is a short walk to dining and entertainment in one direction, close to a playground across the street, and the Catholic church is just up the street the other direction.

Cons: Shades in the front room would be nice. There are blinds, but they do not keep the room very dark when you need that extra hour of snoozing. The sun comes up early after a night out late!

A bargain apt in a great location in Milford, Ohio.

Pros: Location in downtown Milford was great, walk to a number of restaurants. Much more spacious than a hotel room.

Cons: Decor was a little dated, but fine.

Pros: it was very convenient to many locations , the parking on the street was always available , the park is in walking distance , the loft was clean and cozy so glad that I got the opportunity to book this cozy downtown loft

Comfortable, convenient, easy to get to, and nothing to worry about once you settle in.

Pros: The location was exceptionally convenient to everything around Milford. Shops, restaurants, and many other activities are within easy walking distance from the property. Keith was exceptional with communication, and made the entire process of booking, checking in, staying, and checking out quite simple and stress-free. We HIGHLY recommend this property, and especially Keith as the host!

Cons: Being that the loft is an upstairs apartment in an older building, the steps leading up are steeper than the typical staircase. This was not an issue for us at all, but some older or less mobile guests may have an issue.

Pros: the cutest property & a great location, would definitely stay again!!
