Pros: -The team : Welcoming, explaining all amenities (if ee would have known before arrival , we would have use the shuttle (24/7). -Free parking - The pool (to relax, it’s not an olympic pool) -Close to airport

Cons: May be better Windows (room was close to road), but we all slept comfortably.

Pros: Location was great- super close to the zoo and the park and ride for the train- we found it easier and more affordable to stay here than inside the city- just took the train in(reliable and easy). Hotel was super clean and beds were comfy!

Great for a one night stay

Pros: We stayed here for a concert, fairly easy to get in and out of. With a HIE, you're not expecting much but we thought the rooms were nice and spacious, the bed was very comfortable, and the extra room on the vanity was a nice touch.

Pros: Quick, easy drive to downtown Cleveland. Our room was nice with a large counter in the bathroom that included several toiletries. The breakfast each morning was very good.

Cons: Our room was humid from the AC unit.
