The staff was friendly, the bed was comfy and I will be back!

Pros: I arrived very late but the staff was friendly and made check-in fast and easy. The next morning I was given a late check out. I asked if I could leave my bag up front as my ride didn't get there till close to 5pm. The staff said it wasn't a problem and I chilled out in the lobby for 5 hours, enjoying fresh coffee and doing some work.

Cons: The only minor gripe was my flight arrived shortly before the 10:30pm shuttle cut off time. I called while my plane was at the gate and the gentleman over the phone informed me that a driver was waiting and to see if I can make it. By the time I reached the shuttle spot the driver had left which was 10:35pm. I did call the hotel but they said the driver had already left. I ended up taking an Uber ($22 out of pocket) to the hotel, and I noticed several people with bags come in after me. My only complaint would be the hotel shuttle hours could be extended to 11pm to accommodate late and weary travelers.
