Overall Great

Pros: Excellent, spacious rooms and most comfortable beds - we had the best night ever!!! And we travel a lot and stay in 4 stars and 5 stars properties on a regular basis. So I am comparing these beds with them all. Excellent shower!!! Made us all so happy as it was sorely needed after a whole day's drive.

Cons: Breakfast - decent fare but no fruits except one apple in fruit basket. Usually there are bananas and apples.

Perfect stay again.

Pros: We have now stayed 5 or 6 times. We have NEVER had a bad experience. The staff are very nice and welcoming. Always ready to help. Clean. Always clean. Accommodations are very nice for such a good price. Would easily rectify hotel to anyone.

Pros: It was close to shops and restaurants. It was nicely laid out and was very clean. The rooms were comfortable and the staff were always happy to help.

The hotel met our expectations and I would recommend it to others when traveling to the area.

Pros: Stephanie at the front desk was the most welcoming and pleasant. She was very helpful and we looked forward to seeing her when coming and going. Her smile was always nice to see. The breakfast was good and filling, my one complaint was no bread for toast was available. Only english muffins, and 2 kinds of bagels. I meant to ask why, but never did!!! Other than that it was fine, we ate breakfast at the hotel every day of our stay except 2!!

Cons: The stay went well, and we will likely stay here again. I will say some of the other front desk personnel, could learn from Stephanie, they need to at least look up when guests enter or leave the hotel and acknowledge folks, rather than looking at their cellphones!!! Just an observation, not a complaint.

Great stay with great staff.

Pros: Room was roomy and very clean. Staff was awesome and breakfast selection was very good. The hotel is very close to the Tanger Outlets and just down the road from the Hollywood Casino. Fitness room was clean and well equipped, however, bring your own water.

Cons: Cups for water in the fitness area would have been helpful.
