Quality Inn & Suites

Pros: Everything. Clean, comfortable, quiet and a good location right off the highway. Very nice hot breakfast.

Cons: There was no one at the desk when we arrived and two clients ahead of us had been waiting for a while. We called all the numbers listed, but only the desk phone rang with each number. The person manning the desk had obviously been called away on another matter, but there should have been extra staff at 7:30 on a Friday night.

Pros: Rooms clean and comfortable. Good location near the highway.

Cons: Wish eating establishments were closer.

Stayed for personal business. The staff was very friendly, helpful and welcoming.

Pros: Tiffany the girl at the front desk was amazing. I have only stayed there once before, and she remembered who I was as soon as I walked in the door. She is very pleasant.

Nice place to stay.

Pros: Close to my venue and I could enter near my handicapped room.

Cons: It took me a little time to get the room warm. Also the bed was almost to high for me to get into. For a handicapped room the bed should have been a few inches lower.

I would stay there again.

Pros: Great breakfast and staff were helpful. Sign showing breakfast hours needs moved from behind ice machine to where it can be seen.

Cons: Toilet seat moved around, and bathroom ceiling fan didn't work. Also, mattress protector had a melted spot leaving a hard hump to lay on.

Very clean, friendly staff

Pros: Room was very clean, beds were comfy, staff very helpful and friendly.

Cons: Walls are thin, we were in a room that had an adjoining suite, and we could hear neighbor's conversations like it was in our room. No freezer compartment in fridge.

The staff are exceptional and great breakfast

Pros: The staff was amazing. I voiced a concern regarding the noise from the room next to ours through the connecting door. They were very happy to allow us to move rooms. Our second night was very quiet and comfortable

Cons: Noise from the expressway

It was okay, a couple inconveniences but was a pleasant stay

Pros: Close to my sons house, who we were visiting and close to gas stations and Walmart

Cons: Had to switch rooms because we didn’t have a remote to the tv and instead of just programming a different remote we switched rooms. The room we got switched to the hair dryer almost caught fire because someone stuck something in there. They take a 50.00 deposit from people, they should check everything when people check out
