Pros: I liked the location. The lobby was beautiful. Or room was very clean and had everything we needed .

Cons: Parking seemed limited because of the icy condition and no one put salt out.

Great location and super comfortable!!!

Pros: The location was perfect for the area. We loved the room which was very clean and modern. The bed was super comfortable. There were a few boutique shops located in the hotel and a very nice restaurant. The staff was very friendly and informative. We also found a concert happening next to the hotel that we were pleasantly surprised about. We had a fantastic time at this property and hope to stay here again.

Cons: I would have liked to have a bedside table on both sides of the bed for my phone.

A fun place to stay. Great location. Thoughtful staff.

Pros: Breakfast in the dining room was exceptional. We sat looking out over the Black River and Lake Erie. We had the best pancakes that we can remember having. The service was friendly and attentive.

Generally good place to stay. Would stay here again.

Pros: Excellent location and lake view. Easy parking. Clean.

Cons: Room had loud mechanical noise all night. Also was too cold and thermostat would not reset to warmer temperature.

Pros: This is a very cool hotel. It’s clean, the staff is friendly, the rooms were spacious and updated, the restaurant and bars were amazing, and the hotel had a very upscale feel.

Cons: The only thing we didn’t like was that the pool was closed when we were there. My son and I bought swim suits just for our stay and couldn’t use them.

Nice room, close to the lake, but not sure if we’d stay here again

Pros: Beautiful historic building and nice rooms, but it feels like it’s in decline.

Overall a Nice Hotel

Pros: The building was Beautiful, and it was so cool to see all the historical details. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The staff was very friendly. Broadway Grill & Games was a fun addition!

Cons: We were very excited to use the pool & sauna, only to find out it was closed due to storm damage. At least we had the bar & arcade to entertain us. The bathroom in our room was a bit tight, and the sink was oddly outside of the actual bathroom.

Cons: Wanyed to explore more in the hotel but it wasnt the hotel fault. Had a severe storm the day before that knocked out alot of power for businesses
