Looked clean, smelled clean, bright lights, comfortable room!
Pros: The hotel was very bright and clean, and smelled clean too. The bright lighting at your hotel made me feel safer, and it seriously smelled clean, even in the hallway. My room at your hotel was very clean and inviting, and even the lobby had plenty of places for me to lounge, rest, read my book, and they were all clean and well kept. I was able to easily sign into the TV and watch Netflix without internet interruption. The remote was easy to find, which I appreciate because sometimes u go to a hotel and have to search for where they keep it, and since I travel alone the first thing I do is turn the TV on right away, the sound makes me feel comforted.
Cons: Honestly, the breakfast. When i ordered i dodnt know if i was supposed to wait for it, sit down, would it be brought to me, ect. Perhaps the staff taking the order was new, he had trouble with payments, taking orders, using the system, he had to get help a few times, and orders were backing up, my avocado toast was missing the egg it was supposed to come with, althought it tasted really good.and it came with no napkins and No one directed me where I could get any napkins if I was supposed to get them from somewhere else. When I booked the room it said there was free breakfast but I didn't see where that was so I just bought mine. The oatmeal was plain and had a rim of water, like they over watered it, paid too much for that. Small complaints, overall though, nothing that was a big deal, and I would still go back to this hotel over all the other hotels in the area, for sure.

It's fine - nothing great for the cost but pleasant
Pros: A lot of the staff has no idea what is going on. I apparently had free breakfast with my stay. Half didn't know that and the other half who did told me different things each morning about what that meant. The first morning I was told I got a banana and a small coffee. The the morning a different person said I could order anything I want. Maybe some training sessions???? It's maddening
Cons: See above. I don't think it is the staffs fault - management needs to be more on top of standards so staff know what's going on

The staff was very friendly and helpful - we had a great time swimming and I would recommend it to others
Pros: The pool was great - but it could have been a couple degrees warmer
Cons: If it had a continental breakfast it would have been perfect

Pros: I like going to a hotel that I dont have to worry about what its going to be like. The rooms are always clean, beds are comfortable, staff is friendly. Always a good experience.
Cons: The water pressure is a little weak in the shower, I like water pressure when I get a shower. Thats the only complaint I have.

Excellent hotel (if you must stay in Elyria)
Pros: This area of Cleveland seems very depressed, and there are many empty strip malls and other signs of blight. However, if you need to stay in the area (we are parents of a kid at Oberlin), this is a *great* hotel among a number of hotels choices that are *really* grubby. Very clean, very safe, very new and modern. I've stayed at Courtyard Marriott hotels while traveling on business for years, and this one was the nicest I've experienced. Do stay here if you must be in this strange part of Ohio!
