Homewood Suites by Hilton Cleveland/Sheffield

Pros: The room was clean, the staff was friendly, and there was always plenty of food for breakfast and the eating area was kept nice and tidy.

Cons: The laundry machine and dryer only takes quarters so you need 10 quarters each to pay for the 2.50 charge. I asked for some change at the front desk but sometimes they don’t have enough in their cashier.

Short stay, staff was very friendly and room was very clean.

Pros: Breakfast was above average for the buffett - eggs, sausage, and potato/pepper mix was nice and they have the standard hotel waffle maker.

Cons: Price point was more than I would have liked to pay, but that seemed to be the market for quality in this area and weekend.

Pros: Breakfast was plentiful and satisfying. Wish there had been a walkable restaurant close by.

Cons: The room was in need of some maintenance. Some tiled baseboards were missing along with loose grout. The toilet flushed only on occasion.

Cons: The hallways seem to be a little dirty, but they were in the middle of a renovation while we were there, so I think that played a big part in the condition of the hallways

Pros: Everything except the pool and hallways was nice. Pool is so small, you should make it bigger. The rugs on the hallways are dirty and old. you should replace them with clean and new ones. Other than these, hotel was awesome

Pros: I always stay here when visiting my Family Its clean, spacious, accommodating & the staff is always from my experience.

Happy but not totally satisfied.

Pros: The location and breakfast was better than some but could be improved. I loved the suite setup.

Cons: More cleaniest, need exterminated (saw brown bugs) and it looked like the linen hadn't been changed.

Pros: El personal fue muy amable. Tuve un problema con el agua caliente y me cambiaron de cuarto sin costo adicional alguno.

Cons: La luz del abanico del cuarto es bien débil, hay que encender todas las lámparas del cuarto para que lo ilumine bien.

Pros: The staff and everyone were very nice and personable, I will definitely stay there again
