Excellent hotel despite location

Pros: Breakfast was great. The location was kinda sad with the closed hotel next door

Cons: Nothing about the hotel itself. It’s the sights around the hotel. By highway but to any abandoned looking buildings

Pros: We booked a random hotel away from home for our daughter's birthday mainly to swim and just be away. We enjoyed our stay. The staff were very nice and friendly the rooms were very clean and comfortable.

Pros: Beds were very comfortable. Staff and house keeping were the best that i have seen around for a long time.

Cons: Toilet dont flush correctly all the time.

A good, clean hotel 20 minutes away from Oberlin College

Pros: It appeared to be updated. Had everything we needed comfortable beds and a clean room. 24 hour night clerk available at 3 am, but I had to call from the phone in the between the two front doors. My daughter enjoyed the breakfast.

Cons: As others mentioned, the drive around an abandoned mall was unusual. The area seems to be in a building phase and made me uncomfortable especially when I parked my car in the back and realized the car next to me had a man sitting in the front seat smoking a joint at 3 am. He was there when I left at 7:30 am. The interior door was locked when we arrived. I had called to inform the hotel that I was going to arrive after 2am. I was reassured there would be a night clerk. I wish they had given me further instructions to call on the available phone if the interior doors were locked. I was in a panic mode when the interior doors did not automatically open. After I figured out to use the phone it took about 5 minutes for the clerk to open the door. Breakfast did not have enough options for my unique diet. What were the numbers on the hard boiled eggs baggies???

Decent hotel for weary travellers.

Pros: Decent basic-value hotel. Nothing fancy; good breakfast.

Cons: Getting to property is tricky; massive shuttered Mall ring-roads-access not easy to navigate.

Met my needs!

Pros: Food and service were excellent. Neighborhood was economically depressed but showing signs of rebounding.

it was our second time staying there and we will do it again!

Pros: Breakfast was very good but the area was not kept up (food spills, etc.) I realize there was a group of young students at breakfast but it was not extremely busy at 9:00.

My stay was good, very accommodating staff.

Pros: Breakfast was good, location was a little out of the way.

Cons: Bathroom could have been a little cleaner.
