Pros: Everything the workers I love the fact that they make us feel wanted there and every time we need something they don't make us wait so I like everything they know how to talk to people's they know how to greet you when you come in the door

Cons: I love the way the rooms are set up I haven't had no complaints since I started coming there so everything be on point

College visit at Otterbein University

Pros: This Hotel is the closest to Otterbein University in Westerville. The layout is very modern and not like other standard hotels. Pool and gym facilities were surprisingly large and modern. The staff was amazing.

Cons: There isn’t much we didn’t like about this Hotel. Breakfast wasn’t included but this was clearly communicated and free coffee was available, and food items to purchase.

Relaxing and Enjoyable

Pros: I Loved everything about the atmosphere and the pool was amazing. Our room was very appealing.

Cons: The breakfast menu was kinda bland. No turkey products so we couldn't eat there.

Pros: What a very cute hotel! Very friendly staff as well. The walls are a little bit paper thin so you can hear noise in the hallway, but we really loved the atmosphere and the comfortable room.

Excellent stay!

Pros: The stay was great! The bed was very comfortable, room was very nice. Check in staff was very helpful and pleasant personality. Check out staff was also pleasant and friendly. Didn't go to the pool or gym. Plenty of parking up front close to the entrance. Room was very pleasant couldn't hear people upstairs.
