Pros: The breakfast was amazing on weekends the weekdays there are very few options mostly cold foods. The bed was amazing most comfortable bed at a hotel I ever slept on.

Cons: The lack of options for breakfast only on week days.

Great Experience during a Difficult Time!!

Pros: I had gotten sick while in Ohio and wound up in the hospital. I was discharged from the hospital about 4 PM and went directly to the hotel. The front desk staff that checked me in was absolutely amazing. I checked in quickly and efficiently and was resting in no time. I was not sure if I would be able to drive the next day, so the front desk staff allowed me to extend my stay if necessary.

Pros: The property was clean. Breakfast was good and the staff were very friendly.

Room was big and spacious, everything was clean and all the staff was very friendly!!

Pros: It was centrally located to everything we had planned for our trip.

Cons: There wasn’t really anything we didn’t like.

Pros: This was a wonderful stay and well worth the money. Thank you. Felt safe staying here.

Pros: As I have multiple food allergies there was nothing I could eat.

Pros: We have been in this hotel for a very long time (almost 2 months) and I can't say anything bad, the administrator and all the employees of this hotel are trying to do everything in their power, very friendly and kind. Our room was with new furniture, it was not smoked, which is very pleasing, quite cheap price, good full breakfast. I also ordered delivery to the hotel address twice, and I safely picked them up from the front desk. We really liked this hotel out of many in Columbus.

Great value

Pros: From the low rating of this place and the reviews, I wasn't expecting much, but based off that, It exceeded my expectations. It's not a swanky Ramada, there's a little wear here and there, but the staff was nice, the place was clean, and the bed was comfy. For the price in the area it's a very good value

Staff awesome,lobby very good,bed great, shower area terrible. Floor dirty..

Pros: I left before breakfast. The staff was awesome especially Helena.

Cons: The bathroom has obviously had mold and they attempted to cover it with paint. The shower rods has been moved and the old holes were still in the wall. The flooring was a tile. After taking a shower I walked on the floor and the bottom of my feed were turned black by the time I went to bed. I had to wash my feed again so would make my sheets very dirty.

Pros: I like that breakfast is there waiting for you when you get up.

Cons: The carpet needs to be changed in the hallways and some of the rooms needs to be updated as well. .And it needs to be sprayed for bugs also.
