Pros: the hotel was able to accommodate me to a different room because of their staff's lack of work ethic so I give the personnel at the front desk a 10 out of 10

Cons: that it was a non-smoking room

Pros: Great big room a big bed it was quiet and I could get the rest I needed

Cons: The staff was very helpful when I came in even carried my bags to the room and that's good for our patient

Super comfy, a little disorganized, but well worth the few nights stay to take in Columbus!!

Pros: The room was well equipped, the bathroom was comfortable, and the bed is beyond comfortable!!!!

Cons: GPS was off took some time finding the hotel. The place is being remodeled and there are two different hotels at the location. Some issues with timing at the front desk, but all concerns were met with courtesy and handled quickly.
