Pros: I love everything about this place it’s always been my favorite/go to hotel I’ve been a customer for years it’s always clean and smelling good the staff is always nice and helpful if u want privacy this is the place everyone minds they’re own and respects eachother!

Cons: That you can’t take breakfast to your room

Great customer service at Norwood suites

Pros: The young lady from India was wonderfull her Customer service skills was exceptional .I was treated with the most respect made me fell welcome and at home.

Cons: The only thing that I didn't like was that key card didn't work on the out side door had to go around to the lobby to gain excess to my room 230 I did bring this to her attention she was so Apologetic and she she was sorry.

All in all it was just what we needed.

Pros: Every staff member we meet was friendly. The furniture showed obvious wear and tear like you would expect in a budget hotel, but everything was clean and layed out neatly. A clean room with a good bed and great water pressure. What more do you really need?

Cons: The one issue we had with the room was immediately checked by maintenance and the manager. Then it was quickly resolved so it was not really a problem at all. If anything, I would say that the beds were a bit too firm for me but that is just a personal preference.

Pros: The staff was very friendly and very helpful. The motel was cleaned and very nice. It was in a good location too. Easy to get there.
