Pleasant and comfortable. Was there for a funeral.

Pros: Food was overall fair. The menu was limited, and the breakfast buffet was not available. Wine choice at bar was limited. ALL of the staff was friendly and helpful.

Cons: See above comment. And the ceiling in my room (217) was wet and paint was peeling. There was no hot water in the a.m. Note: water pressure in the shower was over the top. You could save on water if you toned it down a bit.

Pros: Although it was a bit difficult to find, it was in just the location I needed.

Cons: As stated previously, a bit difficult to find.

Great place to stay!!

Pros: The bed was excellent, very comfortable. The staff is very friendly and kind. The gentleman who brought me my breakfast was very helpful and nice. Overall my stay at this location was a great experience. Also the staff let me do a late checkout - 1 extra hour to sleep before my trip! I would stay there again for sure!!

Pros: Hotel was very nice, there was a really nice restraunt in the lobby with many amenities on the property, having a bar at the hotel was a plus as well!

Cons: Group of younger individuals were picking on the older guy running the restaurant had to notify front desk.

I really enjoyed my stay and I got a restful night's sleep.

Pros: I loved the pillows and the bed that were perfect and I was able to sleep. The shower the next morning was hot and the shower spray was perfect.

Cons: When we checked in we had to wait because even though it was our turn another lady walked up to the desk and they stopped to help her. And then when they told us our room number we asked how to get there and they sent us the long way around when they could have just told us the short way. The front desk lady was not very helpful and I didn't want to deal with her.

Pros: I didn’t have any breakfast. But it said that it was included with the room but you still had to pay for it.

Paper thin walls, marijuana smell, ok breakfast

Pros: Nice lobby and restaurant area. Breakfast was simple but ok.

Cons: Walls are paper thin, could hear every car/truck from the highway and shower running next door. Sheets weren’t super clean, found some stains. Hallway smelled like marijuana.

Short but effective

Pros: Close to downtown Columbus, beds were comfortable, felt very safe

Cons: Stains on the floor, peeling wallpaper, worried about getting stuck in the elevator

Nice Property

Pros: Older property that is very clean and comfortable. Easy to find and has it's own bar/restaurant on-site. Yes, it shows some wear and tear due to the age of the property, but overall it was clean and well maintained. Great helpful staff. Would definitely stay here again.
