I really enjoyed my stay! It was comfortable and relaxing.

Pros: Tracy helped us with our Starbucks drinks and at dinner and she was wonderful! Additionally, breakfast was amazing!

Cons: No complaints for the hotel, I just forgot to change the fridge setting so it froze all my items.

Cons: Didn't realize that the 15$ breakfast was pretty much the same as any other hotel the fact the you charge for the same thing is disappointing

Overall it was chill fr, Michele was great at the front desk! And the rest if the staff were friendl

Pros: Breakfast was good, should use sausage Patty's instead of link and cheese eggs

Cons: Maintenance knocked on my door and tried to come in and we never asked for Maintenance! That was kinda scary!

Pros: Yanni was the most professional worker who was exceptional! She actually was one of the best at customer service that I have seen in a very very long time! Sheraton u have a gem there!

Pros: I liked how organized everything was and that there was a bar and restaurant in the building I also liked the room and the amenities I would definitely come back for another stay

Cons: There isn't anything I didn't like it was all around a great stay and I would absolutely come back

Overall, the stay is great.

Pros: I love the floor plan and the staff is very professional.

Cons: Toilet was too small and the sink in room 327 drains very slowly. Breakfast is not complementary.

A perfect end to a long day.

Pros: Cleanliness! Room was very nice. The staff was beyond courteous. Overall, I was extremely pleased. I had never stayed at this hotel but will definitely make it our family stay when we go back to visit Columbus.

Cons: I honestly cannot think of anything.
