Extended Stay America Select Suites - Columbus - Worthington

Extended Stay of America has been our best of places to stay when we are visiting from out of town.

Pros: Location was perfect so you could grab & go & not go out of your way as you're leaving the front exit.

Cons: It goes so quick! But that's expected anywhere.

Great stay, all the way from Canada

Pros: The staff were very friendly. The kitchen was nicely set up and the amenities were available as needed for the kitchen. The location was very Central to Ohio State University, the Resolute Arena the boys had lacrosse at as well was close to a variety of shopping. Across the street in the plaza was a bar Slappy Maxies that had great food prices and very convenient.

Cons: No hair dryer was the only thing

Everything was as expected.

Pros: The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and clean, it was near restaurants and other things to do, and the location itself seemed safe. Staff was friendly. Everything was as expected. Good basic hotel for the price.

Cons: There were no issues.

Overall it was a pleasant stay.

Pros: Room was clean enough. Quiet for the most part. The refrigerator was clean and included ice trays. There's a 2 eye stove top. Lots of cabinet & drawer space and a trash bin that fits in the cabinet under the sink with bin bags included. It's easy to get to destinations, close to great restaurants and shops. Lots of close parking. Safe location. Staff is friendly.

Cons: Checking in after 10pm is a little daunting, especially after a 12 hr drive. The site says they serve breakfast, but upon check in you will find out that they don't and there are no coffee makers in the rooms. The last 2 days we had noise complaints regarding the room directly above ours, but couldn't get anyone to answer any of the numbers when trying to contact the front desk. The phones in the rooms don't work. We called for someone regarding a backed up toilet in 1 of the other rooms and no one responded. The bathroom in our room had an unusual smell.

I love the place especially the stoves in the rooms

Pros: They should add bread and boiled eggs on the menu, and provide bread toasters.

Cons: House keepers should replace towels every morning

Customer service was not great for me

Pros: It was very clean and comfortable the air worked great

Cons: The woman that was checking me in I wish I got her name but didn't was very rude to me and she actually yelled at me while she was checking my son in, I told her it might be in my name bc I did all the reservations and she actually screamed at me, that I needed to wait, then when I checked in she laid my keys on the counter and never told me anything, not how to get to my room not if I needed anything where and how I would get it NOTHING. I asked her is this it and she said yes, so I figured it out on my own, I was very upset with her my check in was around 3pm on August 3rd, a lady had just clocked out and she just started her shift, other than that I had an incredible time and was very pleased with the hotel

Clean and comfortable

Pros: Everything was fine. We only needed a one-night stay and we found a deal online. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was clean and everything was there that we needed. The staff was friendly and helpful. Having a grab and go breakfast was a real plus. Most extended stay hotels do not offer breakfast options at all.

Our room was super clean and comfy.

Pros: Very clean; bed very comfy; kitchenette was perfect for our needs. Great value!

Cons: Nothing, really! I wish a little ground coffee and a filter was available but we made do. (Possibly was available but we didn’t ask!)

Quiet, clean comfort at an excellent price.

Pros: Simple, clean studio apartment with all appliances and free utensils, coffee machine, etc. Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Quiet building. Located close to shopping, movies, restaurants.

Great Hotel,Mostly Friendly staff!

Pros: Awesome price,for very clean room. Quite& Relaxing. Nice Location. We will definitely be staying again when we are up that way. We live 2 hours away, but we like coming up and going to different shops we don't have in our little town n & this hotel is perfect for that reason. The price is still the best thing, most hotels that price are infested with bugs,but yours was super clean made it feel like home.

Cons: I just wish check out times were later, I'm a sleep in kind of girl and 11am is too early. I think that 1pm would be a great check out time. I also didn't like that the maid or whatever knocked on our door 6 times within a 10 minute span when I told her we were finishing packing and then we would be out of there.
