Pros: Breakfast was hot and ready every morning! The service was excellent and the staff was friendly. Enjoyed the hotel there are enough restaurants in the area so your not bored with the same food. Very clean and kept well.

Cons: Everything was well. I can not complain about any of the services. I thought that it was situated on a very quiet street and I didn’t hear any loud noises during my stay. I would definitely stay there again.

Excellent, well-run hotel

Pros: Great hotel. Very comfortable room plus living room. Excellent bathroom setup with sink outside. Very helpful staff. Solid breakfast and real coffee cups for extra sustainability! Gym is small and might fill up when busy but has good range of machines with 2-3 treadmills plus a bike and elliptical

Nice location near the tennis club where my team was playing for the tournament.

Pros: Breakfast was better the first day than the second because they had bacon bits for the eggs and roasted potatoes as a side.

Cons: The pool was pretty small and quite cold.

Hyatt Place Blue Ash made a business trip stress free and enjoyable.

Pros: Nice and clean, spacious rooms, the breakfast was hot and delicious. Staff was polite and helpful, I'd stay there again if If I ever have to head back to Cincinnati.

Great value for the money, friendly staff and convenient location

Pros: The hot breakfast was one of the reasons that I chose this property and it did not disappoint. Everything on the breakfast bar was hot, fresh and tasty. Staff was exceptional. I would definitely stay here again.

Met my expectations. Room was serviced on request (they forgot to refill the teas and cups, creamer

Pros: Breakfast was better than most but inconsistent in variety from day to day. One day sausage links were cold. French toast sticks were tough as shoe leather. No fruit most days. Yoghurt was sugared, I prefer Greek style plain. But overall it was good and certainly better than most.

Cons: The ice machine was not working on our floor. Also the hot water in the tub made a horrible noise.

Pros: The Hispanic housekeeper working on the early afternoon of Sunday, 6/8/2025, has exceptional customer service. I encountered her in the hallway and asked if she had complementary toothpaste since we forgot to pack it, and only did she say no but went downstairs to bring us some. She did not have to do that. I will be returning to this hotel.
