Pros: Review for Sonesta Suites Cincinnati⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐I recently stayed at the Sonesta Suites in Cincinnati for 8 days, and I can't recommend it enough! From the moment we arrived, the convenience of having a ground-floor room made it super easy to unload our luggage from the car. The parking was also very accessible, which was a huge plus. The location is fantastic, close to everything we needed. Our room was clean and always had a pleasant scent when we walked in. It was warm and inviting, making us feel right at home. The bed was large and comfortable, though the mattress was a bit softer than I prefer. However, it wasn’t a major issue at all. The room was equipped with everything we needed, giving it a cozy, home-like feel. The bathroom was spotless and enjoyable to use. We did notice that there was no handheld showerhead, just an overhead one, but we managed just fine. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Cincinnati!

Cons: Suggestions for Improvement: Mattress Comfort: A firmer mattress option would be a great improvement for guests who prefer more support. Handheld Showerhead: Adding a handheld showerhead in the bathroom would enhance the shower experience.

A good experience

Pros: Suites are clean, spacious and well appointed with cooking facilities (including stove and microwave), with onsite parking available. Hot breakfast is provided, with standard (and quite satisfactory) offerings. Location is some distance from downtown but only a short drive to restaurants and shopping centres.

Cons: Nothing, except to note that building renovation works are ongoing as at late October 2024 (but had minimal impact on our stay).

value for money, clean, convenient

Pros: Value for money. I travelled from Australia to attend exam at prometric centre close by. very convenient location for prometric. Bit far from city but I will probably stay at this place and travel to city by Uber/taxi. Room had all amenities, kitchen, stove, microwave, utensils. Highly recommended for short term as well as long term accommodation

Cons: Coffee making machine in the room was challenging to operate. Should be replaced with simple kettle. Room should be provided with milk sachets for coffee, tea.

Pros: I loved the place. It was a small apartment, brand new, with all the utilities you could ever need. A complete kitchen, lot of space, a fantastic bed. The structure of the hotel itself is super nice, it's like a small village. The receptionist was nice, kind and helpful. It's one of the best accomodations of this kind we ever experienced!

Pros: A lovely breakfast, great coffee, brilliant suite, fully stocked kitchen.

Cons: Pillows are lumpy and uncomfortable

Cons: Door was a little hard to open, and went down for breakfast one morning and they were already out of pancakes.
