We traveled with two toddlers and everything was safe in the room, we really enjoyed it.

Lovely :)

Pros: Location was perfect for the business and personal that I was conducting. The staff was wonderful about anything that was needed. Room was clean and bed was comfortable! I have stayed here before and will again.

Cons: Breakfast was a little limited, no bagels (it is Cincinnati!!). No butter on many days. Cable on TV in room worked for 1/4 of my stay and never worked again, maintenance person never came as scheduled. not important to my stay but still and unresolved issue. Staff at front desk was very helpful about it.

I came into town the day before a medical procedure for early in the morning. It was convenient.

Pros: The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. The lovely package of bottled water & snacks was a pleasant surprise and very appreciated.

Cons: Temperpediac mattress would have been awesome.

Very please with the stay

Pros: I booked two rooms for guest that were in town for my birthday party. They found the accommodations very nice though one friend thought it was a little pricey for her. I picked this location because it was closer to my house and they only place when I was stopping in to check out the hotels was friendly and willing to answer my questions.

Cons: Nothing at this time.

Woderful place to stay!!!!

Pros: We stay just one night for our anniversary, the room was cozy, the bed comfortable, pillows were great, the breakfast was great. The only thing that would have made the breakfast better was if biscuits and grave were served.

Cons: There wasn't anything i didn't like about our stay. We even ask for a later checkout and it was approved, Great place to stay.

Pros: Clean room and over all facilities. Great friendly staff. Breakfast was a knockout. Check in/ out was smooth and easy. I honestly can't complain about anything at all. The only small downside is the location, but that depends on your needs and willingness to drive. 10/10 stay.
