Pros: We have been staying in this chain for 4 years and always look for this first on any overnight stay. Always always clean rooms and facilities.

Cons: We didn't have any complaints

Pros: Breakfast, customer service, and there was good cable channels to watch

Cons: The pool was too cold to enjoy

Pros: It was very clean and the one bedroom suite was well put together. It was a good gym also.

Cons: The TVs were terrible. The guides didn’t work and the guy didn’t sync up with the actual channel that we were on. Both TVs were totally out of sync with each other. The sliding doors in our one bedroom suite impossible to open and close. They need to handle on them or something or change the door. It was really bothersome. We noticed the front desk staff had really long hours and it was really weird. We hope they get to sleep sometimes.

We loved how well planned out the room was - and the staff was especially friendly and kind.

Pros: Very family friendly. Good choices at breakfast. The room was very well planned out and had plenty of storage and space. We will be coming back next year!

Cons: The TV station in the lobby was on CNN at all times. Given the state of our country - it should not have been on CNN or FOX or any of the stations that lean left or right. It's a put off. The staff was happy to change it to something other than news when requested.

This hotel was definitely a pleasant experience. I would definitely choose to stay here again.

Pros: The sizes of the bedroom, bathroom and living space were very generous. The full kitchen and utensils were very helpful for a traveling family of four. The ability to control the thermostat separately between the living and sleeping areas helped with different individual preferences. The hotel was noted to be constantly being cleaned in the general areas. The laundry and gym areas were well appointed and clean. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating, not just with me but I observed interactions with other guests. A special shoutout to Sai and AJ who are an asset to this facility and deserve recognition.

Cons: The TV channel selection or in-built access to streaming platforms, as well as faster speed internet would have been helpful. The breakfast selection was somewhat limited but tasty. I do appreciate the limited space in the breakfast area, so I will say they made the most of it.
