DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Hotel Cincinnati - Blue Ash

Pros: Was great value for money it’s looking little old and will need updating before to long but was still very comfortable & clean and staff were all very welcoming & very friendly & helpful

Cons: New carpets and redecorations

It was adequate for a over night stay.

Pros: The professionalness of the staff friendly & courteous.

Cons: Lack of amenities. Lack of variety of food choices. No free breakfast.

Pros: Very clean very nice and helpful staff complete gems and I loved the bird (parrot) in the lobby

Pros: The property was very quiet and welcoming, staff was very nice and attentive to our needs. Georgia the Bird had the worst attitude lol but she’s very cool.

A nice room for a good price and great location off I-71.

Pros: Great location. Friendly staff (that includes the pet parrot in the lobby). Good room layout and size. Nice shower. Clean. Good size patio!

Cons: The light switch to the bathroom was on the outside of it for some reason. No fan in the bathroom.

Pros: You have a great staff. Everyone was great to work with and very helpful.

Pros: All of the staff that we had were so sweet and very professional. We had Teresa at the front desk waiting on us coming in. We had Anthony the bar tender on Saturday night. We had Andrea bistro waitress for breakfast On Sunday. Raffeal for our am cook was super amazing!! They all were super amazing. I can't wait to come back for the weekend of 4th of July. We hope to see them again 😀

Cons: When we came to our room the heat was on 91° and it took over an hr for it to finally cool the room down. The telephones in both rooms do NOT have a front desk button to call down to them.

Amazing location with pretty good rooms.

Pros: I loved the Room which was pretty huge and clean. The Bed Room was very spacious and Living room also had good amount of seating. As a bonus, I also had extra room for meetings which was pretty cool.

Cons: I didn't like the views but since I stayed just for night, this is more like a luxury than a dislike. I still liked everything inside the room.

Blue Ash Stay

Pros: Jacob at front desk was so nice!! The room was spacious and relaxing

Cons: At first we thought the heat/air wasn't working but we got it figured out.

Enjoyed our stay at this quiet and clean hotel. I would highly recommend

Pros: Well maintained and located away from traffic noise

Cons: The 40.00 per person breakfast buffet. We had no idea of the ridiculous price
